Isn’t that a cute carrot heart? 🙂 This week’s lunches are as follows:
Mon: leftover Roasted Chicken and Veg pasta, baby carrot hearts and a baby pear. (This was a surprise lunch as I had made a different pasta dish for MilkyBar for the previous night’s dinner. However, he insisted on trying our pasta dinner and declared that he loved it! So, I kept the leftovers for his lunch. It had grilled herbed chicken with grilled cherry tomatoes, red peppers and onions mixed into penne pasta. He normally dislikes grilled veges as he says there are ‘soggy’ so this was a wonderful surprise!)
Tues: Egg and Alfalfa Sprouts Wrap, baked beans, Babybel cheese with crackers, and a fruit jelly
Wed: Brown rice, fishball and vege soup, baked chicken gyoza, hard-boiled quail eggs and cherry tomatoes
Thurs: had lunch out as we went to the library
Fri: Pizza buffet with toasted wholewheat wraps, pizza sauce, grated Cheddar, pepperoni, pineapple and black olives, alfalfa sprouts and cherry tomatoes with 2 Spiderman edible icing buttons
As this week’s lunches were pretty simple, I dont have any recipe for you this time. But will post on a lovely dinner recipe we had very soon.
