I know this is delayed but had issues putting the pixs up. Anyway here goes.
For my 2nd bread-making venture, I decided to make Fruit Buns, adapted from a recipe for Hot Cross Buns in The Ultimate Bread book.
Again, this turned up well although I should have placed the buns on 2 separate trays instead of just 1. I added in chopped glace cherries to the dried fruits. Fragrant and soft, these buns made great breakfasts and tea-time treats.
